We collect the information you voluntarily submit through our forms: contact requests, vehicle inquiries, sell-your-car requests, pre-qualification requests, and credit applications. Depending on the form, this can include your name, phone number, email, mailing address, date of birth, income and employment details, and - on the credit application only - your Social Security Number and driver's license number.

We also record which page a form was submitted from and basic campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) so we know how you found us.

How we use and share it

We use your information to respond to your request - to contact you about a vehicle, a cash offer, or a financing application. Form submissions are delivered to our sales team by email and into our dealer management system (DealerCenter).

If you submit a pre-qualification request or credit application, the information you provide is shared with financial institutions as necessary to process the application, as described in the credit authorization you accept when submitting. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

Social Security Numbers

Your Social Security Number is transmitted securely to our financing system for credit application processing only. This website does not store your full Social Security Number, and it is excluded from our email notifications and logs. At most, the last four digits appear in internal summaries.

We contact you only about your request. We do not send unsolicited marketing calls or texts.
